Single active subscriptions log in directly to the dashboard
When a customer has exactly one active subscription choice, they now land straight on their subscription dashboard after logging in to the Customer Portal, without a subscription chooser in the way. Older or inactive subscriptions and orders linked to the same email address are ignored for this, and subscriptions grouped under one account count as a single choice. Customers with more than one active subscription choice still see the chooser so they can pick which one to manage.
Customize Shopify subscription frequency text
You can now override the billing and delivery frequency text shown in the Shopify Subscription Options widget without losing its automatic checkout price. Separate placeholders for the billing and delivery cadence let you keep your own wording and translations around the recurring schedule.
Find target plans faster in checkout swap automations
When configuring a checkout product-swap automation, target plans are now grouped by plan group and each option shows its plan ID. This makes it easy to pick the right plan even when multiple plans share the same name.

Shopify customers keep Customer Portal access after an email change
Customers who sign in through Shopify now reliably keep access to their subscription in the Customer Portal even after changing their email address. Firmhouse identifies their subscription by their stable Shopify customer ID first, while preserving email matching for older subscriptions that do not have that ID yet. This also prevents an email address from exposing a subscription that belongs to a different Shopify customer.
Retry failed notifications with a visible confirmation
You can now reliably retry a failed recurring-order notification through a visible confirmation step. The warning explains that a retry may create and charge an order, and once confirmed, immediately shows that the retry is underway.
