The Forecast Shipment Date report now includes subscriber first, last, and full name fields for both ordered products and scheduled orders. Use them to personalize shipment communications or match report rows to customers without a separate lookup.

You can now delete a churn reason that’s already used in past churn requests or cancellation flow activity without losing it from your churn history. The reason is archived instead: it disappears from your reasons list, the Customer Portal, and cancellation flow options for new selections, while your churn reports and exports keep showing its original name.

You can now narrow the Subscriptions list down to a specific promotion. The new Discount filter searches by promotion name and matches every subscription it’s applied to, including subscriptions where the promotion has since been deactivated.
