Customize how subscription frequency appears in Shopify, Improve Customer Portal with multiple subscriptions, easier Checkout swap

You can now customize the billing and delivery frequency text in the Shopify Subscription Options widget without replacing its automatically calculated checkout price.
Separate billing and delivery placeholders make it possible to shape the surrounding wording while keeping localized cadences such as month or 3 months.
Customer Portal: Open a single active subscription directly
Subscribers with one only one active subscription now go straight to its dashboard when they open the Customer Portal—even when older subscriptions or orders are still linked to their email address.
That removes an unnecessary selection step and gets customers to the controls they need faster. Customers with multiple active subscriptions will still see the subscription picker.
Find the right checkout swap plan by group and ID
Plans in checkout swap settings are now grouped by plan group, and each option includes its plan ID. This makes similarly named plans easy to distinguish when configuring customer plan changes.
Bug fixes & improvements
Shopify customers keep access to their subscriptions after changing their email address. Access now follows their stable Shopify customer ID, which also prevents a reused email address from exposing another customer’s subscription.
Retrying a failed recurring-order notification now requires a clear confirmation that explains the possible order and payment impact, then shows that recovery has started instead of failing silently.
