We no longer offer special rates for startups or non-profits.
The total net invoiced revenue in the account is calculated based on the total revenue from invoices generated through our platform, excluding taxes.
To use Firmhouse, you’ll need a Payment Service Provider (PSP). We currently support Mollie, Adyen, and Stripe for payment processing. Payment processing fees are separate from Firmhouse fees and are billed directly by your PSP.
Additional services from our partners are charged separately and are not included in the transaction fees we charge for processing your recurring revenue.
Our monthly plans are billed on a monthly basis and charged to your bank account or credit card.
