Feature of the week: Delete customer data

That’s why we’re excited to roll out a new feature in the customer portal that lets you quickly and easily delete a customer’s personal data.

This update gives you the freedom to handle customer information your way, making it simpler and more secure.

Now you can focus on what really matters, knowing you have control over your customer data right at your fingertips.

What's new 👀

You can now quickly and easily delete a customer’s personal data directly from the customer portal, giving you more control over your customer information. 

This new feature simplifies data management, allowing you to handle everything securely and confidently on your own, without needing to reach out to our support team.

• Control: You have direct control over customer data without needing to contact support.
• Simplicity: The deletion process is straightforward and user-friendly.
• Security: You can handle sensitive information securely and with confidence.
• Compliance: You can easily meet privacy regulations by managing data according to your needs.

How it works ⚒️‍

1. Locate the delete customer section: At the bottom of the Customer Details page, you'll find a new section labeled "Delete Customer."‍
2. Confirm the deletion: Before proceeding, you'll be prompted to confirm your action to ensure that the deletion is intentional.

Things to keep in mind 🧠

• Ensure that you genuinely wish to delete the customer's data, as this action is irreversible.
• Invoices will still be available for reference, but all other personal data (orders, payments, etc.) will be permanently removed from the system.
• After deletion, you will not be able to access the customer’s page, ensuring complete data privacy.
