Our metrics dashboard brings you a streamlined way to manage your business metrics. 

It combines historical KPIs, real-time insights, and cohort analyses into an intuitive format, helping you understand your business at every level. 

We’re rolling out the first version in early access, with more exciting updates on the horizon!

Stay tuned for:

  • Lifetime Value (LTV), Average Order Value (AOV), and churn rates.
  • Advanced cohort analyses and retention tracking.

How it works ⚒️

When you check out the metrics dashboard, you’ll find three main sections:

All-time metrics

This section provides an overview of your business’s historical performance:

  • Count of all historic checkouts: The total number of checkouts recorded, including both subscriptions and one-time purchases.
  • Count of one-time purchases: If enabled, this metric counts all one-time checkouts.
  • Total revenue: The sum of all invoiced revenue, including regular invoices and credit notes.

Real-time insights

You can monitor the current state of your business with key metrics like:

  • Active subscriptions: The total number of active subscriptions, including those paused but not canceled.
  • Actively charging subscriptions: Subscriptions actively generating revenue.
  • Paused subscriptions: The number of subscriptions currently on hold.
  • Non-paying subscriptions: Subscriptions with payment issues or failed payments.

Cohort analyses

You can better understand customer behavior over time with monthly cohort analyses and heatmaps:

  • Orders placed over time: Track how many subscriptions from each cohort continue placing orders month by month, giving insight into retention.
  • Orders at cancellation: See the number of orders placed by customers before canceling, a useful indicator of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

What are my integration options? 💡

The metrics dashboard is seamlessly integrated into the Firmhouse Self Service Center. There’s no need for additional tools or software—just access it directly from your sidebar.

What is the setup process? 🔧

1. Navigate to the Metrics Dashboard from the Firmhouse Self Service Center.

2. Explore the All Time, Real-Time, and Cohort sections to familiarize yourself with the data available.

3. Use the dashboard’s insights to evaluate your business performance and identify areas for improvement.

This update is your go-to tool for understanding how your business is performing, both historically and in real time. 

With intuitive design and powerful analyses available, it’s never been easier to make informed decisions and drive growth.
