One payment sets up the mandate
The customer pays the first order with iDEAL | Wero or Bancontact. Your payment provider then creates a SEPA Direct Debit mandate on that bank account.

Renewals charge themselves
On the renewal date Firmhouse creates the invoice, the payment and the order. Cards, PayPal and wallets renew the same way.

Failed payments try again
When a renewal fails on insufficient funds, Firmhouse retries it up to three times. If it still fails, the customer gets an invoice they can pay themselves.
