Understand Klaviyo segment audience counts
Klaviyo segment lists now label audience counts as Firmhouse subscriptions, including past subscriptions. An explanation clarifies that one Klaviyo profile can match multiple subscriptions with the same email address, so differing profile and subscription counts do not necessarily indicate a synchronization problem.

Show correct delivery prices for shipping-exempt subscriptions
Customers with shipping-exempt subscriptions now see a zero delivery price when choosing a shipping method in the Customer Portal, matching the amount they are charged.
Cancel orders when failed invoices have expired
You can now cancel a pending order after a failed payment, even if a later payment attempt has left its invoice expired.
Send custom Klaviyo events with any email channel
Custom Klaviyo events sent through the sendSubscriptionKlaviyoEvent GraphQL mutation now work with any selected customer email channel when the Klaviyo OAuth integration is connected, enabled, and authorized.
