Which emails does Firmhouse send?
All transactional emails a subscription needs, including subscription confirmation, track and trace, invoice reminders, portal login links and return reminders. You can add your own messages on top.
Can the emails look like our brand?
Yes. Every template is HTML with Liquid, so you control the layout and content, and you send from your own address.
We already use Klaviyo. Do we still need this?
You choose where subscription messages go out: from Firmhouse, or as events into your Klaviyo flows. Either way, subscription events and metrics sync to Klaviyo for your marketing.
Can we send a message to only some customers?
Yes. Conditional sending limits a message to the customers it applies to, for example one plan or one product.
What happens when a payment fails?
Firmhouse retries the payment and sends reminders for the open invoice. The customer pays or updates their payment method from the link in the email.
Does Oppy send emails on its own?
No. Oppy, our Firmhouse Agent, drafts the message and you approve it. Nothing is sent without your approval.
