Show delivery dates in the Customer Portal date picker
Configure the Customer Portal date picker to show delivery dates using your project’s delivery offset while Firmhouse saves the corresponding billing date. Enable display_delivery_date: true on the simple_next_billing_date_with_confirm Liquid tag; existing templates and admin date controls keep their current behavior.
Find products by tax rate
See each product’s assigned tax rate directly in the Products overview and filter the list by tax rate. This makes it easier to review which products use each tax category when you work with multiple tax rates.

Monta pickup address matching gets a second chance
We now recheck the original Shopify order after importing a Monta pickup subscription. If the pickup address was not matched on the first attempt, Firmhouse tries again and only alerts you when it still cannot be verified after both checks.
Stopped subscriptions stay stopped after payment replays
Stopped subscriptions now remain stopped when an old successful signup-payment callback is replayed. Firmhouse no longer reactivates the original subscription or creates a new recurring payment method unless you explicitly activate it.
Prepaid follow-up shipping stays free
Prepaid follow-up shipments now keep free shipping when the subscription stores a zero-priced shipping rate. Positive shipping overrides still apply, while customers avoid unexpected charges on free prepaid shipments.
Discount requirements stay editable after plans are archived
Discount requirements remain editable after a required plan has been archived. The discount editor keeps the requirement visible, clearly labels the archived plan, and preserves it when you make unrelated changes.
Billing-only renewals skip delivery charges
Billing-only rental and instalment renewals no longer add delivery charges when no new shipment is created. Firmhouse recognizes these renewals from their plan and delivery history, so customers are billed only for the items being renewed.
Paid scheduled deliveries continue after a subscription stops
Scheduled prepaid deliveries can continue to Shopify after a subscription stops when the related invoice was paid. This keeps a final paid delivery from being skipped while still blocking orders with unpaid, refunded, or charged-back invoices.
Shopify native billing requires an available plan
Manual subscription creation now blocks invalid Shopify native billing selections when no plan is available and explains the requirement in the form. Direct imports with one-time-purchase customers enabled can remain planless, so adding recurring products later may still require a plan before activation.
Completed one-time purchases stay read-only
The Customer Portal now keeps completed one-time-purchase accounts read-only by preventing product changes, plan switches, and new shipment or billing dates. Customers can still view their product and plan details.
