Subscriptions: guardrails, faster rescheduling and clearer payments
Shipped
Help customers add products to empty subscriptions

Show customers a clear warning when an active or paused subscription has no active products, with an Add products button in the default Customer Portal v2 dashboard. Custom templates can use empty_subscription_warning to adjust the translated message, choose an add or manage action, point to a collection, or hide the warning.
Keep at least one recurring product in customer subscriptions

Choose whether customers must keep at least one recurring product in each subscription. The setting is off by default and works in both Customer Portal versions. When enabled, customers can still remove one-time add-ons or a recurring product when another recurring product remains.

Open subscriptions created by accepted offers
Open an offer’s accepted count to see the new subscriptions customers created by accepting it. Offers that update an existing subscription, such as a plan switch or product addition, continue to open that original subscription.
Import delivery instructions and subscription metadata
Bring delivery instructions and additional subscription data into Firmhouse during a CSV import. Use shipping_notes for delivery preferences and a JSON metadata column for source-system references or other details; existing metadata keys stay intact unless the import replaces them.
Manage upcoming order notices from Klaviyo lifecycle events
Manage upcoming order notice settings directly from the Klaviyo lifecycle events list. Choose whether notices go out while a subscription is paused, before already-paid deliveries, and after shipment date changes; the same choices apply to both the email and the Klaviyo event.
Manage branding and invoice sender details in clearer places
Manage logo size and company name visibility alongside your other branding under Settings → Your business. Edit the sender information shown under Invoice from under Settings → Taxes & Invoices. Your existing branding and invoice details remain unchanged.
See manually recorded payments in invoice history
Invoice history now identifies payments that were recorded manually, including their payment link and internal reference. Historical payments receive the same label when their retained audit record confirms the manual action; payments without confirmed origins keep the neutral external-payment label.
See notification details with full context
Open a notification from an alert email or direct link to see its message, severity, source, creation time, and related record in a complete detail view. Errors, payloads, and suggested solutions appear directly below that context.
Tell order and subscription browser tabs apart
Browser tab titles now include the record ID and project name for open orders and subscriptions. Subscription tabs also keep the customer or company name, making it easier to switch between several records.
Keep shipment context visible while rescheduling
See the product and its current shipment date while choosing a new date. That context stays visible while you edit and when a date is rejected, helping you reschedule the right product without losing track of the original plan.
Close subscription dialogs with the keyboard
Use Tab and Enter or Space to close note, add-product, and cancellation dialogs. Closing a dialog with its Cancel or Close button returns focus to the control that opened it, so you can keep working without reaching for the mouse.
See which Mollie profile is connected
Payments settings now show the Mollie profile connected to your store, including its name, ID, and whether it runs in test or live mode. The profile appears directly above the payment methods that are currently active.
Compare orders side by side in new tabs
Order numbers now open as direct links in the Orders list and on customer subscriptions. Open several orders in new tabs to compare details side by side, copy a link for a teammate, and keep your current list exactly where you left it.
Find subscriptions by payment provider account
See how many subscriptions currently use each payment provider account under Settings → Payments, then open the filtered Subscriptions overview from the count. You can also choose an account by name in the overview, combine it with other filters, and keep the selection while paging through results.
Reschedule scheduled orders from their details
Reschedule a scheduled order directly from its details page. Choose a new shipment date without returning to the customer’s order list, and see the updated date as soon as you save.
Read charts more easily across Firmhouse
Charts in Oppy, Metrics, and Monitoring now share a cleaner visual style with softer gridlines, gradient fills, and tooltips that follow your cursor. Oppy bar charts show values above each bar, while unfinished periods such as the current month appear lighter and are labeled so far.
Oppy charts stay readable and skip unfinished checkouts
Oppy bar charts keep their value labels readable when many small bars appear together, including in the side panel. Subscription counts and charts also leave out unfinished checkouts unless you specifically ask about them.

Ship now keeps your selected Shopify delivery method
Using Ship now for an individual product on a native Shopify subscription now keeps the selected carrier, pickup location, and shipping amount. Firmhouse verifies those details before charging and stops the shipment before payment if Shopify returns different delivery information.
Upcoming order previews refresh Shopify shipping prices
Upcoming order previews now refresh Shopify shipping prices shortly after subscription activation. This keeps the preview aligned with Shopify when the next order qualifies for a different rate, including free shipping, than the initial checkout.
Clear filters when no records match
The Clear filters action now remains available at the bottom of Orders and Subscriptions lists when nothing matches. It restores the full list in one click without requiring you to reopen the filters and remove each rule.
Email verification and account setup links now recover reliably
Email verification links now pause on a confirmation page before signing you in, preventing security scanners from consuming them first. If a verification or account setup link is expired, already used, or unavailable, Firmhouse shows clear steps to sign in or continue from Shopify admin.
