Drum roll, please... It’s the feature you’ve been waiting for: the Shopify Single Sign-On is here!

Rest assured, we still love our Magic Link. However, we know that convenience is key, and sometimes there’s an even easier way to access our customer portal.

So, we’ve heard you loud and clear. Now, your subscribers can easily and seamlessly log in with their Shopify credentials

This integration allows your customers to access the Firmhouse Self Service Center (customer portal) using their existing Shopify credentials. The result is a more unified and user-friendly experience for your subscribers.

How it works 🛠️

We've developed an app that bridges your Shopify store with your Firmhouse account. Once configured, customers can easily access their subscription information directly from their Shopify account page.

What is the setup process? 🔧

1. Obtain app credentials from Firmhouse support.
2. Install the "Single Sign-On with Shopify" app in your Firmhouse project.
3. Integrate the app into your Shopify store (requires minimal code editing).

What are my implementation options? 💡

1. You can add a direct link to the Firmhouse Self-Service Center on your Shopify account page.
2. You can set up automatic redirection from the Shopify account page to Firmhouse.

Things to keep in mind 🧠

• This feature is currently in beta.
• The existing login method (email magic link) remains functional.
• Error messages can be styled to match your store's design.

With the Shopify Single Sign-On, you can improve the customer experience and simplify subscription management.
