Search project records from the command palette
You can now search a project’s subscriptions, orders, invoices, products, and plans from anywhere in the admin. Open the command palette with Cmd+K or the Search button, type a few characters, and jump directly to the matching record.
Manage Shopify free shipping app discount from Shipping settings
Previously, merchants had to contact Firmhouse support to enable the Shopify free shipping discount for subscription products. Now they can enable and manage that discount themselves directly from Shipping settings.

Clear feedback when a Shopify product cannot be removed
When a subscription product cannot be removed from Shopify, Firmhouse now shows the reason clearly so teams know what to resolve next.
Remove Shopify subscription products even when line data is missing
Merchants can now remove an ordered product from a Shopify subscription when its stored Shopify line ID is missing. Firmhouse safely completes the local update instead of leaving the product stuck on the subscription.
See payment retry progress immediately
The payments table now refreshes as soon as a retry starts and prevents another retry while the current attempt is processing. Teams get immediate feedback and avoid accidental duplicate payment attempts.
Protect checkouts while payments are processing
Checkout reset actions are now unavailable while a payment is still processing, keeping the active payment flow intact and reducing the risk of conflicting payment attempts.
Skip showing plan switch option for subscriptions without a plan
The Customer Portal and Customer Portal v2 dashboards no longer show the plan switch block for subscriptions without a plan, so the view no longer breaks if the flow is enabled for legacy subscriptions without a plan assigned.
