Send one-off subscription messages through GraphQL
Send a Liquid message to a specific subscription with the new sendSubscriptionNotification GraphQL mutation. Use it for purpose-specific messages such as delivery instructions, manual-review outcomes, or one-off customer exceptions. Firmhouse routes the message through the project’s configured customer communication channel, so the same integration can send a standard Firmhouse email or create a Klaviyo event.
Track subscription churn on the Metrics dashboard

See subscription churn as cancellations from the last 30 days divided by actively charging subscriptions. The trend graph shows how that percentage changes over time, helping you understand whether retention is improving.

Include upcoming payments in subscription exports
Add Upcoming payment to subscription exports for order-based projects to see the next scheduled charge amount. This references the same next-order calculation as the portal, including the products due next, their quantities, discounts, shipping, and tax.
Spot non-paying subscriptions at a glance
Subscriptions marked as non-paying now show an indicator beside their current status in the Subscriptions overview. Your team can identify payment issues without opening each subscription or applying a separate filter.
Find subscriptions with no upcoming shipment
Use the Missing future shipment date filter to find active subscriptions that do not have another shipment scheduled. This helps operations and support teams catch stalled schedules before a customer reports a missing delivery.
