Track chargeback rate over time
You can now follow your rolling 30-day chargeback rate on the Metrics dashboard. The graph shows the share of completed payments that are currently charged back, grouped by when each payment was created, so you can compare payment cohorts over time. Learn how the metric is calculated.

Let customers change their Shopify shipping method
You can now let subscribers choose another currently available Shopify shipping method from the Customer Portal or Customer Portal v2. Turn on Change shipping method under Settings > Self service center > Customer permissions to make this available.
Find Integrations in settings on every plan
You can now find Integrations in settings regardless of your plan. If your current plan does not include integrations, Firmhouse explains that an upgrade is required and lets you contact support directly.
Reactivate promotions after correcting usage
You can now reactivate an inactive, times-based promotion while lowering its current usage below the maximum, right from the subscription’s Edit usage limits screen — in one step, without reactivating a promotion that is still at its usage limit.
Review invoice reminder delivery history
You can now review every reminder sent for an invoice directly in its history, including the reminder number, scheduled date, and whether delivery was sent, skipped, queued, unconfirmed, scheduled, or not sent. Learn more about invoice reminders.
Add references when marking invoices paid externally
You can now add an internal reference when marking an invoice as paid outside Firmhouse, such as a bank-transfer date, bank account, or bookkeeping reference.
Simpler product cards when a product has only one option
Product cards in the add-products and replacement catalogs no longer ask customers to pick from a list when a product has only one available option. The selector now only appears when there’s an actual choice to make; products with multiple variants keep their existing selection experience.
Ship an individual product without changing your shipment schedule
You can now use Ship now on an individual subscription product — including products marked Next order only — to create an extra order containing just that product. The product’s shipment date and the subscription’s next billing date stay exactly where they were.

Keep future order addresses up to date
Changing a subscription’s shipping address now automatically applies to every future scheduled order, including Shopify orders with native scheduled fulfillments. Past and already-fulfilled orders keep their original address.
Clearer details for stopped subscriptions
Stopped subscriptions now clearly show that no payment or shipment is upcoming. The customer details page no longer displays retained scheduling information as though another charge or shipment were still planned.
Use exact Shopify totals for initial invoices
Initial invoices imported from Shopify now use Shopify’s exact charged line totals and allocated discounts, preventing one-cent reconciliation differences that could occur when recalculating a total from Shopify’s rounded unit price.
Shopify Pay by Bank retries now activate the subscription
Retrying the first payment on a Shopify Pay by Bank subscription no longer leaves the customer stuck inactive. When the retry succeeds, Firmhouse now marks the Shopify order as paid so Shopify’s own paid-order flow activates the subscription as expected.
