Customize the Customer Portal orders overview and order pages
You can now fully customize the Customer Portal orders overview and individual order pages using the dedicated orders.liquid and order.liquid templates, with full access to order, product, status, price, shipping, and invoice data in Liquid.
Require a reason for team cancellations and pauses
You can now require your team to select a reason before cancelling or pausing a subscription from admin. Turn on Require a reason when team members cancel or pause subscriptions under Settings > Subscription model to make reason selection mandatory for both flows instead of optional.
Full order price breakdown available in Customer Portal v2 templates
Custom Customer Portal v2 templates can now read the full price breakdown of a customer’s upcoming order, not just the final total. Product subtotal, discount, subtotal after discount, shipping, and the final amount are all available as separate template attributes.
Keep subscriptions linked after a Shopify customer merge
When you merge two customer profiles in Shopify, Firmhouse now moves any linked subscriptions to the surviving customer as soon as the merge completes. Shopify Flow triggers, order creation, and other customer-based automations keep working right away instead of pointing at the deleted profile until the next order.
Readable subscription statuses in shipment forecast exports
Shipment forecast CSV exports now show subscription statuses such as activated in plain text instead of numeric codes. This makes it easier to read and filter your forecast without having to look up what each code means.
Recognize duplicate webhook deliveries
Every outgoing webhook request now includes an Idempotency-Key HTTP header that stays the same across automatic retries. Use it to recognize deliveries your integration has already processed, so you can avoid duplicate actions when a response is lost or a request needs to be retried.
Trigger integrations when an order and its invoice are ready
Use the new Order and invoice ready webhook event when your integration needs both an order and its final invoice together. Firmhouse sends this event once the order is confirmed or fulfilled and its final invoice is available, so your order and invoice Liquid objects are both ready to use in the payload. Credit invoices are excluded.
Configure percentage plan discount rounding
For projects without Shopify Subscriptions, you can now choose whether percentage plan discounts round per product unit or floor across the whole order line. Shopify-backed projects continue to use per-unit rounding. Line-level flooring helps keep your invoice totals aligned with external accounting systems that calculate discounts at the line level.
