View paused and cancelled subscriptions from the Customer Portal switcher
Customers with only one active subscription can now open the subscription switcher in the Customer Portal to see their paused or cancelled subscriptions too. Logging in still takes them straight to their active subscription, so nothing changes about how customers land in the portal.
View subscribed products in churn feedback
Churn Prevention feedback now shows each customer’s current subscribed products alongside their feedback, so you can connect what customers say to specific products. Product names, quantities, IDs, and SKUs are included, with a View all products option for the full list. These reflect the subscription today, which may differ from what the customer had when they shared their feedback.
Exclude customers from an offer
Offer eligibility conditions can now exclude customers, not just require a match. Each condition lets you choose to require it or to exclude customers when it matches.
Show product information when choosing a replacement
You can now add a product information icon to your Customer Portal v2 replacement catalog through your custom template. With an information panel configured, customers can check details like ingredients before picking a replacement. The same setup also works for the add-products catalog.
Catalog variants now default to the cheapest option
When customers add or replace a grouped product in the Customer Portal without an existing selection, the catalog now starts with the cheapest available variant instead of the one with the lowest ID. Existing customer selections are preserved, and variants with the same price keep a stable, consistent order.

Fixed missing orders for anchored Shopify signups below the minimum
Paid Shopify signups for plans with anchors now import correctly even when the recurring portion of the order falls below your minimum order amount. Previously, these signups could leave a subscription with a paid invoice but no order in Firmhouse. Plans without anchors already worked correctly.
